THE CLUB HISTORY

The club was founded in 1978 and is based on the lower level of Crackington Institute. There have been a number of improvements to the facilities over the years, including an extension opened by Ray Reardon in 1994.

Following a redecoration of the club last year, 2014, this year new Peradon Luminaire lights have been installed providing much better illumination on the tables with less shadowing. This improvement together with new table equipment helps maintain what many people feel are the best club facilities in the area.

The club are extremely pleased to have Andy Hicks as their resident professional and coach. Andy is available to provide coaching lessons.

The 2015 season saw the Club’s teams perform well in both the Bude and Camelford Leagues winning both leagues together with the Camelford League Handicap Cup and the Team Cup. The Club also had a strong showing in the individual competitions with members winning the Singles Scratch Final and the Pairs.

The club is open 7 days a week to members and there are various social nights and activities to enjoy throughout the year.
